Underride protection for the OL W and N have been updated for standard and low platform. The reason for the change is to improve the manufacturing problems that suppliers have at the time of assembly. The tolerances of some of the dimensions have been increased and the geometry of some of the references has been modified so that they adapt better to the tailgate.

Some of the references that are required for the assembly of the Teflon option in an OL W/HC with underground hopper have been modified. - Bushings have been added in some of the holes to allow the natural expansion of the Teflon sheets. - Some of the holes in the Teflon sheets have been modified by a slot to allow expansion. - The damping rubbers and the clamping pass have been lengthened to allow them to reach the end of the hopper.

A new set Front Ejector Box Detector Kit for OL (+) and another kit for OL v3 have been designed. The new assemblies perform ejector sensing in the side position rather than the front position as current assemblies do. This change improves the reliability of the sensor and avoids possible reading errors. |
